Question:	Starbright,firstly thank you for offering your precious time & knowledge to give insight to my situation. As a child I was sexually, physically & emotionally abused. From that I developed a compulsive overeating disorder. It bothers me so much that I tried commiting suicide already 2 times. I am at a much better place (emotionally) now but normal things like talking to people,memory, ambition & goals have all disolved. I feel very lost.I don't know how to remedy my foggy brain & ambitionless personality I developed. Please advise. Thank you

Answer:	Hello PM I am sorry to hear about your abusive childhood. Events like this and in the younger years of life are very hard to come through, but you have survived it, even if it is unscaved, you are still here and you've made it. It sounds like to me you have the some of the major part of your healing but you still have a little ways to go to get you back on track. You can get back your memory through various types of therapy, but remembering certain past events may bring back trauma if you haven't dealt with them completely, so be prepared for this. The good thing about getting to the memories is that this is where the route of your problems are so finding a solution will be very possible after this. Have you ever tried anything like a past life regression? I recommend you google Dr Brian Weiss who has a website and if you can get one of his books. I found Same Soul, Many Bodies demonstrates the deep healing past life therapy can do. If you decide to go for the therapy pick a recommended therapist and use your intuition and instincts when deciding who to choose. Don't worry about being ambitionless. the only ambition you should have is to heal. You have been through some seriously painful events and this has to be dealt with if you are going to be successful at anything, relationships, work, parenthood and just simply being in the world. I congratulate you on making through your journey so far and I have faith you will make the rest of it. Question:	hi starbright, i dont know if soul-mates do exsist, i hope they do. its just theres this guy, and when we meet he looks at me. like no-one has before. when i look into his eyes i felt a deep connection. my friend even noticed she said do you know that you were looking at other for like 20mins and it was really werid. what is this i feel when we look at each other its werid, its like time suddenly stops and no-one but me and him are in he room, even though i met the last time at a party. is he my soul-mate or am i being silly?

Question:	I've been having some problems in my marriage and may be considoring divorce. There is another man, a friend, whom I've always loved, but would have never done anything to hurt my husband. Since my recent marital troubles, however, my friend and I have began relations and are both in love with each other. He says he wants to be with me, and I do him, but am very confused at everything that's going on in my life right now. When a relationship has ran it's course, it has ran it's course. There is no point holding onto it when it needs to be let go. You are confused but you need to start making some life changing decisions. As much as you like the other man and he likes you, right now you need space to work things out in your head and your heart, you don't need the added confusion of another man. If he really loves you and cares about you, he will give you this space to do this. Your husband wants to hold on to what is no longer. If he really loves you, he will let you go. Question:	Hello, I wondered if you could help... i have been with someone for 6 years now but for the past 2 ish years i have been unsure of whether i still want to be in the relationship but for no real reason other than a change in me. Answer:	Hello KM I know you think you are putting the feelings of your partner first by delaying the inevitable because you don't want to hurt him, but in actuality you're not. It is really hard to end a relationship with somebody when they haven't done anything wrong and it's just a case of that you have grown apart from them, but these things happen and although it feels bad, it isn't in the end. You have to set this man free because the longer you are with him, the more time he is spending away from the woman who does want him. You need to move on to your new future with the next person to come into your life and he needs to be free to find his new partner. Question:	Hi Starbright, I've been through alot over this past year and i'm trying to get my life back on track but the problem is i don't know if everything is ok in my relationship. Question:	Hi Starlight. My boyfriend and i have been together for a year and about 6 months. At the start when we first met and were getting to know one another, he was emailing other women. i asked him in august last year to stop as i felt it was like a love triangle.
