
Being Grateful
One of the most amazing ways to get a buzz out of life is to think about all the things you can be grateful for, and it requires so little effort. Just stop, quiet your mind, and think of one positive thing in your life. For me I think of my children, my wife, and oddly enough my dog. They all put a smile on my face and "warm and fuzzy" in my soul.

Hanging in the Balance
'm not sure I can explain in words how important it is to understand this concept. Your results are a direct reflection of your enconscious mind, and in turn your unconscious mind is fed by your conscious mind. So what ever you think about leads to your subconscious, and then whatever you 'feel' leads to your results.
